Gary Kellett
Gary Kellett is the founding Director of GKA, Gary has more than 17 years of industry experience and leadership. His depth and breadth of construction and meticulous attention to process-driven delivery have proven to be invaluable attributes that he brings to all projects.
Gary is an accomplished RIBA qualified architect who has delivered projects ranging from high-end residential to Luxury Hotels. During his career, he has amassed a wealth of expertise working on schemes that include prestigious London projects and significant international exposure heading up teams in St Petersburg, Beijing and Ireland.

During his career, Gary has overseen a sizeable range of high end residential and hospitality schemes. These include a new build mews style residences and full interior refurbishment of luxury period properties, forming a unique retail destination and luxury hotel refurbishments. Gary is well practised at overseeing large teams, championing the roles of Project Architect and lead designer.
Gary's strength in leadership of design direction and focus on execution and delivery of the client brief facilitates his integral positioning within any given scheme from initial concept inception through to project completion and hand over. The meticulous rigour towards the delivery of unparalleled architectural services and fulfilment of client expectations creates a springboard for propelling projects forward, whilst more importantly, maintaining the quality of a luxury product.
