Gary Kellett Architects has been commissioned to undertake a full interior refurbishment and extension of this magnificent single-family dwelling.
Timeless Elegance
Subtle shifts within the existing floor plans have successfully unlocked underused spaces and propositioned redefined spaces within the plan that supports modern-day living.
The existing building is awash with highly decorative period features, which is to be retained. A sensitive yet discerning material palette has been selected for the client that will provide a timeless elegance to the new interior enrichments.

Roof Terrace
A new private rooftop terrace is proposed to supplement the sumptuous living accommodation it serves. This has been sensitively conceived to nestle discreetly on a redundant section of flat roof which belongs to the adjoining property. The new roof terrace will provide a dedicated outdoor amenity for the new residence.
